I guess it’s human nature to always gauge how much someone is making…I would rather not tell to be honest, but if I don’t tell it gives an off putting vibe. How do I divert this question or answer it?They see my business, they look at the price of the product and always ask, how much does it cost to make. 99% of the time they just mean materials. If you just look at material cost, it’s like a 1000% mark up. For most people they get the vibe like I’m ripping people off.If I am not wrong, most top brands with physical products have this type of markup. This is the reason I hate answering this question. Cause I factor in the sunk cost to start my business, operating expenses, all my failures prototyping, and design time. And the years I spent developing all my skills. So I feel good about my markup. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
