I'd just like to let you know that I am only 15 years old before reading on, so don't expect anything revolutionary.At this point, I have attempted 9 businesses online and spent thousands of hours developing them. Creating ads, writing articles and building websites but not a single one has been successful. Thankfully I make a killing through swing trading, but whilst I do like this, I love the journey of starting something up really inspiring and fun.So after all these failed businesses, I want to move locally. I can see opportunity in my city, Brisbane, Australia! I only need a liscense easily obtainable to run a food cart business. Best of all, I can run this anywhere on government land (I would run it in the city square or mall!). Here's my idea. Please rate it and give me some advice!Build up a lean business plan and plan out all the metrics I need to measurePurchase a rolled ice cream cart like the one seen hereSell rolled ice cream for $7 per cup (what i have seen them being sold for)I came to this idea from seeing someone else doing it in a different location, operating out of their trailer. It was genius, there was queue of 15 to 20 people all waiting to pay $8 for a tub of this stuff. I inquired about the business and the bloke who runs it was doing multiple 7 Figures a year from this one location FROM THE BACK OF HIS TRAILER! This blew my mind.
