Advice on how to get out of my perpetual analysis paralysis

Hello all, I've been sitting on an e-commerce/marketplace idea for years that I haven't acted on because it's not a typical one and the technical aspects to get it going are way over my skill level and would cost more in advertising prelaunch than I have the budget for. I figured at some point I'd see something like it and think "well there it is I missed out because I didn't act" but surprisingly I haven't yet. I feel I finally need to start acting and stop with the analysis paralysis/dreaming.I know ideas are a dime a dozen and acting upon them is what matters, but I'm not sure how to act because it feels overwhelming. I have some marketing and design experience but not on the scale I'd need for this, seems like something a team would be needed to build, nor do I have what I think the initial budget would be for marketing. There are no Wordpress plugins, Shopify apps, or custom themes online that can do what I need either to assist me (the extent of my web design experience is using those products). My question is, what steps can I take first to work this idea into reality? Can I be taken seriously with just an idea, some technical and marketing experience and a willingness to work as hard as I can to make it successful? I'm pretty confident it would take a team to make happen and I'm also confident it would be very profitable if done right.Thank you for your time! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
