Alternative income for a dark kitchen

Hi there!I have a real estate business: a dark kitchen company that generates 40K income a month. Its basically a big warehose in a city downtown with 20 individual kitchens (fully equipped) that I rent to brands. I expect to raise that income to 50/60k by increasing the rent in the following yearsI have the feeling that with this same real estate infraestructure i could be generating much more, maybe with a turn or change to another business model but i dont see how. I like how for example McDonalds raised their income model by adding to their franchise a Real Estate model, renting their real estate assetsAny ideas? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
