Can't find help, or I am not able to ask for help, or people cannot help me.

I am 24 YO, and I had a startup that I started when I was still back in college. I shut it down due to some mistakes I made during the three years journey. To not repeat the same mistakes and avoid the ones in the future, I have been looking for a mentor. And looking for a mentor requires asking for help, which boy I am unbelievably bad at. I find it incredible hard to approach someone and ask them to help me out with something.My family and friends are all are typical Indian 9 to 5 white-collar jobs and in debt of housing loan, car loan, education loan, and so on, totally on the other side of ever even "thinking" something entrepreneurial. I am glad they support me, which is important for me, because that perception has changed after I showed some success with my previous startup and got a job which fulfilled their criteria of "success".I am introverted, but I can communicate. Going out and asking for help to strangers has never been my strong suit. I can talk to strangers, but I am very business-like, to the point.But finding a mentor requires something else. I talk to amazing potential mentors and ask them for advice which they give, but they do not want to give me their time. The ones which want to help me do not meet my requirements which I am guilty of "expecting". I did approach people over messages but turns out they do not take you that seriously.Seeking professional "paid" mentorship, is not something I believe will work. If they charge me even before I am successful, I think they wouldn't be invested in my success and are here just to pocket money.I am personally guilty of not giving that call to people who I approached for help. I do not know how to take the conversation forward. And I have gotten on a call with potential mentors, but I have not been able to take the relationship forward.Same goes with finding a co-founder. I was a solo-founder and I still am. I am good at directly working on things. It is a "me" problem, I think. And I have read so many articles that say things like you need a mentor, you need a friend, you need to be able to ask for help. If you cannot, you will fail as an entrepreneur. I do not want to fail.I have ideas and the ability to execute, but I do not have a lot of experience.
