Email is so inefficient. Anyone here working on improving communication. Or want to ?

I don’t understand why all communication is done through emails when they are so unorganised and filled more with junk email than relevant ones.I want to build a platform where in order for you to register you have to be a verified business you can then create public inboxes. For example one for sales one for partnerships one for customer service etc. (or like use a flair like Reddit to drop a message).The product is basically the UI. Email UI is terrible. I mean subjects are there but is there any software that can categorise those emails for you ?I just think there’s a better way for businesses to communicate with each other or their customers. If anyone is or interested in working on this lmk. I’m a non tech person with product manager experience. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
