Hi All. I am looking to form an LLC for a business venture of mine. I am young and new to this. I know there is the process of forming on the secretary of state website (Texas), but I would love to hear experienced user's thought on third parties. Price ranges for services seem to be all over the place. The SOS website seems very clunky and overwhelming, wondering if you all found it advantages to just utilize a third party.
