I need advice to make a decision my company’s growth.

I work as an independent loan processor and I have my own clients. In my pipeline, I have about 20 - 30 loans that I can work on.Recently, I was extended the opportunity to do what I do for a lender. I am excited for the opportunity because it pays well and also because of the learning there will be since one day I dream of starting my own bank. That said, I had my company for almost 3 years and had two assistants who didn’t work out. I am trying to figure out if this is the right decision of making of taking this job while continuing my business because I can’t abandon the latter since I worked so hard all these years to build it plus I want to grow my business. Also, working for this new lender will be a huge learning opportunity and should put me back on track financially but I’m nervous about doing both and not being able to handle it by myself? What are my options and what would you do if you were in my position? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
