I'm a Full Stack Developer that's been teaching for 2+ years. How can I set up passive income?

Hey brilliant minds of Reddit, I turn to you all once again <3I've been doing Full Stack Development (React, Typescript, Angular, JavaScript, Node.JS, AWS, etc.) for the past couple of years and I've been teaching Full Stack Development for the last 2.5 years through an online school.Given that I have this experience, and a good ability to teach, I am thinking about how I can set up a passive income stream that's related to my field. I'm already investing and buying property and all that, so this is supplemental to that. The issue is that I make a lot of money teaching, but I only get paid for every hour of my life I spend doing it.Ideas so far:Make a YouTube channel. This one is a bit hard for me to justify since accounts with 100k subs are making $1k/mo at most. If I factor in the time and effort I'd have to put in to make content just to churn out $1k/mo, it would make more sense for me to pick up more hours at work and just save that money.Private 1-1 tutoring. This is something I've considered doing, but this is not passive. Also, the students can't afford to pay the same rate that the school pays me. So once again, I might as well pick up extra hours teaching.Selling pre-recorded content to a niche target market. For example, I could sell pre-recorded (Udemy courses) on how to interview at American companies to people not based out of the USA. Developers from all over the world are trying to come to the USA for work and there is a high interest in this. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
