Marketing Email Help

I was naive and tried to mass email using by a free-email from my ISP but it seems to have screwed up that email address since it frequently can send but other party doesn't receive the email/goes to their junk mail or the email mysteriously doesn't receive email.Now I recently bought a website and thought that there wouldn't be any email restrictions on the free email that comes with it and obviously I was very wrong and naive and it didn't work.I only have one mass email event for the entire year and I don't see the point on spending money on subscription if i'm not gonna use it for rest of the year.Is there any emails hosting out there that would support a 1k mass email? or a marketing email that has an option on doing cents/mail? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
