My First launch on PH. Is it only those who network Win?

It has been a disappointing 1st hour of the launch.Isn't PH a platform to get feedback and improve the product? I have learn't my lesson of building an audience and then launching. No one cares about the product..they care about the maker. I might be completely wrong here. Just disappointed.Launching is not the end goal.
