
Hi, I’ve got Data background, so my startup is data driven. I was able to manage analysts, web designer, developers and copywriter, however, I’ve got fear of sales. I know I need to sell something to start getting revenue, but I keep postponing (I justify it by building the site traffic first, otherwise, how I’d be able to sell leads or ad space, if there’s no traffic). I’m an introvert, sales is the most unnatural thing for me to do. I definitely need to hire people for it. Sales people are good at selling themselves, so I’m afraid I’ll get in to trouble. What are considered the best qualities of sales people and how to spot a great one?
