It seems the biggest hurdle people seem to have, in my opinion, in starting their own business is a fear of failure. It's common and we have all faced it. I'm facing it now. Covid all but killed my company so I'm rebranding and starting from scratch. Every once in a while I'll think of giving up because I'm scared I won't be able to get it going again. I freely admit that I'm scared of failing. To compensate for this people research and learn what you can from where you can. That is the problem for a lot of people. Their fear is so much that they will find a how-to book and follow it to the letter. You can't do that. What works for one person might not work for you. Take myself as an example. I'm a strictly offline company. While some ideas could convert over to online only sales, most won't and even if you are on offline company my ideas might now work in your area. So following the steps to the letter is not something you should do.That's when out of the box thinking comes in. That can be hard when you are afraid of failing. You want tried and true methods. I'll admit that a lot of the company ideas I have had have failed, burned to the ground failed, but I have made myself swallow the fear and learn from those mistakes.Best advice I can give it to realize your going to fail sometimes. Your going to make bad deals and you are going to lose money on some things. That doesn't make you failure, its just what happens to every business. You just have to learn from it and not let it get you down.Once you realize all of that then thinking outside the box will become easy. Taking ideas of others who came before you and changing them to make them your own will become second nature. Coming up with, and implementing new ideas, will happen with no fears or second guessing.Don't let fear get into your path. If you want it then swallow that fear and doubt and wrestle it into submission. Only then will you be able to make your own mark. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
