Which Forum software for online community with limited preview?

Hi everyoneI run a WhatsApp group of around 200 people and the interest is on the rise. People are finding value and I already have a queue of people wanting to join.So planning to switch to a forum software because: 1. Better admin features. 2. Paid memberships (one time fee or subscriptions) 3. SEO which will drive more memberships. What I have researched so far. 1. There are many paid forum software like vbulliten which are costly and look pretty dated. 2. There are newer modern ones like Discourse and Flarum which can also be self-hosted, which is cool because I have technical background although I'm mostly an entrepreneur now-a-days and less of a coder. (can still code but prefer to outsource if it's cheaper & quicker)But I have a requirement that none of these forum software are fulfilling. Correct me if I'm wrong. My requirement is a limited preview forum where, say all topics are shown to everyone. But when someone clicks on a topic to read, they are only shown, say first 3 posts in the topic thread and the rest are hidden under a 'sign up to read more' button. This is exactly what Quora implements and it definitely converts. Because if you're interested in a forum topic and clicked to read, you would want to read the whole discussion. So you sign up.Here I'm going to add the paid sign up process.Which software do you think is the best for this use case. Discourse has a Stripe plugin for paid membership sign ups. But they don't have limited preview option; it's either full public or full private. And private means no SEO.But I can't go full public. How to solve this problem? My solution as of now: Keep the forum private and then use their API to retrieve the topics and 1st three posts and display them manually on a static website and give it a forum kind of look and feel.Am I not thinking correct? Because my solution sounds like quite a hack. So I was wondering if I'm missing something really basic here. Please guide. Thanks in advance. 🙏🏼 see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
