As an entrepreneur, do you want to have more employees?

A common question that everyone (F&F, peers, press) always ask is "how many employees you have?"And the bigger the number the more impressed they are.It seems most businessmen are proud to say a large headcount. What about you? Do you want to have a lot of employees?Personally I want to have the minimum amount of employees. More people = more management, more troubles, more responsabilities, legally the fines ares higher, there's less support, requirements are higher, etc. I don't see much benefits in having a lot of people, if I could perform 100 people work with 10 people I would love it. And proud to say "we gross X millions revenue with only 10 guys" see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
