Hi Everyone,I am a Software engineer with 7 years experince; currently working for Amazon. I have created multiple SASS platforms, most have failed, one has traction and so we will see.I was thinking of another business idea I have had in my head for a couple years now and just wanted to see what the good people of reddit had to think. The basic idea is: a highly digital, Chipotle styled restaurant but for Pasta.I make homemade pasta often, and given that freshly made pasta only requires 1 to 2 minutes of cooking, I had always though it would be a good applicant for a fast casual restaurant ALSO given most people in the US have never had fresh pasta, i believe this is something that people would like.Workflow would be:Step 1: select 1 of 3 different pasta types. (Worker will drop a serving into boiling water in which it will be done in 1 minute).Step 2: Select 1 of 3? sauces (Tomato, Alfredo, Vodka)Step 3: Select 1 of 4 meats (Meatball, Chicken, prosciutto, sausage)Step 4: additional pasta toppingsWould also love to get any feedback at what people think the cost of starting something like this. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
