How do I get off the ground as an entrepreneur?

So I’ve been running marketing services such as building sales funnels, landing pages, email marketing, facebook ads / google ads and so on for a variety of industries including ecommerce, consultants, SaaS.My problem is that I can’t gain traction. Literarily I can’t get enough clients to get off the ground. And it’s honestly driving me crazy.Sometimes I get a few big contracts and I can even hire people, but then need to let them go when work dries out. Other times it’s much better to rely on freelancers while I project-manage them to get the results.I have people across all those industries that, in some cases, I’ve helped obtain $700K+ sales in a year.My biggest problem is that I don’t have a reliable way to get clients. And the biggest root cause of that is that I have no focus. No strategy.I can’t seem to figure out what people need, and then build a business around that. I have no idea how to figure it out. Problem being that my clients so far have been all over the place… how did I get them? Lucky encounters that I can’t replicate. Some reached out on my website, others I contacted directly, etc.So I have no idea on what industry to focus on. I also have no idea what I should be doing to identify what industry to focus on, and where I could find a niche to build a business in. My strategy is lacking, and that makes any attempt - such as cold emailing, cold calling and so on to fail or give less than adequate returns for the time I spend on it.So my question is simple… how do I get a business off the ground? I’m a good leader, I’m good at negotiating, I’m good at managing, I’m good at delivering. I can’t help but feel that if I had a working mechanism and resources I could easily make it HUGE. I’ve read 500+ business or self development books, and learned a ton - mostly more advanced concepts that I don’t get to apply because I can’t generate sufficient revenue to get off the ground…At the same tine I have no clue how to actually identify needs that I could use my skills to solve. Bear in mind that I live in a 3rd world country, and would need to get business from US/UK. So how do I do it?
