I can't decide whether I should sell my side project or go on improving it.

I developed a web app called pandemiceo where you are in charge of some of the countries in the world during this pandemic. This app allows you to simulate how things would go regarding herd immunity if you were the governor. You are expected to have your population achieve herd immunity without being overthrown.Anyway long thing short... Though I have spent plenty of time developing it & advancing its algorithm, I can't allocate so much time to it nowadays due to my current job. I also have lost a bit of enthusiasm for this side project as I have been on it for almost 6 months.What I really wonder is if I should sell this app and use the money for other potential side projects or continue owning itHow would you behave in such circumstances where you lost some enthusiasm for your side project?
