I come from a rough background but I've done well with the cards I was dealt. It took me 7 years to graduate with a bachelor's degree, and I only have a few years of experience as a copywriter in a marketing team for a local franchise. I'm fascinated with business, tech, but especially UE and marketing campaigns. The research, psychology, and impact of those three are my passions. I lost that job due to Covid.I'm 33 and now live paycheck to paycheck on unemployment. I've tried to start little projects here and there, but with zero money to invest, I can never seem to see any progress.I've been approached by another (much larger and international) franchise to work in their digital marketing division. Not as a copywriter, but a digital marketer. I feel like this would get my foot through the door, give me plenty of money to invest in other things (and enjoy a real life without financial strain), and gain actual experience. My dream is to own my own business― micro saas, online store, or a marketing agency are all appealing to me. Working 8 - 5 for someone else and not seeing my loved ones much anymore is not.Has anyone taken a job just for the experience and moved on? How long did you stay? How can I make the most out of this job? How do I avoid burnout because of the long hours and lack of social life? What should I focus on?Any advice or encouragement would be very appreciated :) see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
