Plan to start a small construction company; tips please

So I’m planning on starting a construction company and want some feedback/tips etc.My construction knowledge is very limited myself, but I plan to take my time and find a smart, experienced Foreman who knows what he is doing. From there my plan is to hire contractors. I will then hunt and find jobs, using the help of my Foreman for bids and customer quotes.I’m planning to start small; decks, paver patios and such. Eventually scaling to apartment/home upgrades as my own knowledge and experience grow.Has anyone here starting a like company without having experience with hands on labor in this field?Any tips, suggestions and comments are appreciated.Thanks. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
