Airbnb arbritage VS. Real Estate Wholesaling

Hello! I’m currently trying to decide on something to earn extra money on the side and hopefully get me out of the 9-5 life. The two things I’ve been looking into are wholesaling and Airbnb rental arbitrage. I’d prefer to do Airbnb arbitrage as I feel that the opportunity to make money in the form of passive income is greater than wholesaling, as well as it just interesting me more. The thing is I have relatively low income, and some of the monthly expenses seem a bit jarring (internet, cable, etc) which is why I’m considering wholesaling instead due to it seeming like the cost of entry is lower.Can someone who’s experienced in arbitrage (and wholesaling as well) tell me generally how much it takes to start up in the arbitrage business compared to wholesaling, and vice-versa?Thank you. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
