Are you constantly in awe of the successful people around you? Have an urge to share your every achievement to prove your worth and successes to your connections? Let me know in the comments below.A few of us university students from Singapore are hoping to tackle the issue of Imposter Syndrome — an experience in which we doubt our abilities or accomplishments, and have an internalized fear of being exposed for not being as competent as others think we are— through a passion driven initiative called Our Imposter Stories. On a platform where most users celebrate their achievements round the clock, imposter syndrome is at its worst for the LinkedIn user who constantly compares themselves to others. A global survey estimated that 62% of people suffer from imposter syndrome (Asana, 2020).We wanted to break this mirage of perfection on LinkedIn and inspire people to come fourth with their stories of imposter syndrome, because behind every success, is a moment of self doubt. While the campaign just launched a few days back, we’ve seen an overwhelming number of stories flood in so far from users all over the world sharing their stories through LinkedIn Posts. You may check them out here.We are hoping that you, the Entrepreneurship Reddit community can be a part of this. We know hustlin' ain't easy. Do you have a story to share? We'd love to hear it. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
