Do I need to save money before I can start a business?

I'm in a situation that I'm sure most people find themselves in - I want to start my own business (specifically a bar/cafe) but don't have a significant amount of money saved (my only savings currently are a 3 month income emergency fund a small fund for big purchases that never really tops a few grand.) For me to save the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands I'd need to open the business I want to open would take several decades (if not a century) at my current income level. I do, however, have pretty good credit (750 FICO), a bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, and a lifetime of experience in the industry. My question is, how does someone in my situation open something like a bar or coffee shop? How would I generate the necessary capital without having too many cooks in the kitchen? I'm completely new to business ownership (obviously).Appreciate any advice. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
