Help scaling my Roofing company

First time poster here, I’ve been running my roofing company here in the UK for the last 3 years but been stuck working in the company rather working on itIts me whos answering calls, Pricing, Doing paperwork, And doing the jobs (I have a labourer part time who helps)Our work load is very mixed we do Repairs, New roofs, Guttering, Flat roofs So the profit from each job is very unreliable one job can be for a few hundred ££ and the next can be A few thousand so its hard to scale and hire other guys when the cashflow is so up and downIve tried hiring guys in the past to delegate the work to but Found that i dont get enough volume of leads to keep them working full timeAny advice or opinions would be great thanks guys see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
