Replace Realtors with an App

Hi all. Ive had a fair bit of negative feedback from some of my ideas which has helped me conceptualise what people are receptive to and what topics are better left avoided. To that end I'd like to get your opinions on a new far less controversial app idea I had this morning.I want to develop an app that would elimante realtors. Ive recently purchase a house through a private sale and didnt need to go through an estate agent.My idea is to create an app where sellers can upload their property profile for a small fee and advertise it to a wide range of sellers. The app could then put you in contact with brokers and conveyancers to assist you in the purchase.The benefit of this app is that it makes realtors obsolete. This means that there are no real estate fees and no realtors playing off the buyer and the seller in order to maximise profits for themselves.
