I'm starting a group-buying website in UK that will require 500+ deliveries months 1-3 and up to 5000 after 12+ months. Does anyone have experience choosing a delivery company to work with?

Goods will be delivered to Liverpool and then will be required to be delivered throughout UK.As I've not done this before, would delivery companies ask for exclusivity? I know some people have preferred delivery options so was thinking of giving the customer a choice of two or three. Website wise it's not a problem to implement but logistically, is this something that works? Anybody got any tips for choosing, apart from obvious due diligence like cost, reviews etc? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
