Hey everyone.I am looking for 1-2 developers that would be interested in joining me in creating SaaS products initially targeting the Shopify platform. I am 26 year old self-taught programmer with knowledge in React, Typescript, GraphQL and Postgres living in the US (EST Timezone) and have a lot of experience in the ecommerce space, so I have a good idea of what type of tools merchants need to bridge the gap between what Shopify offers and what they'd like.I have a couple different ideas for what type of product to create first, but deciding what to work on highly depends on exactly the skills the other person/people bring to the table as it doesn't make sense to work on a project that's too complex for our skills within a set period of time.Tech StackI am pretty flexible with the technologies we could use, but my preference would be:React / NextJSNodeJS (via NestJS)PostgresTailwindCSSand perhaps GraphQLThe goal is to create a business that makes money, not just a project. You're obviously under no obligation to "stick around" and can just put the service on your resume and collect your share of the profits each month, but it's my vision to not only create apps, but use those as a platform to then offer consulting as well as custom work.What do you need from me?Mainly just an eagerness to work on something cool together that could provide some nice income and some of the skills listed above. Preferably you'd be in the EST timezone as well as that would make communication much easier.Furthermore, since I know this is the internet and everyone is skeptical of "strangers", there'd definitely be paperwork in place as I have no intention of "Zuckerberg-ing" anyone, so please be +18 years old as that will make the legal paperwork a lot easier.Also hopefully you'd have a reasonable time to commit towards this, I don't expect you to drop everything to work on something that doesn't make any income on Day 1, but at least 10 hours per week would be ideal.If you have a decent amount of experience with React and overall a nice eye for clean design, that would obviously be a huge plus.I'm interested, what now?Just message me!
