Hello! New to the drop ship scene hoping that I'm not late. I think I finally found a winning product but after a quick google search I found that someone is already actively selling it on a personal Shopify. The product itself was branded already in China so they just slapped on another name in front of it, but I was wondering if there were any legal repercussions if I were to make a completely separate store with the same product (probably slap something new in front too)?
