Rival company giving freebies. How to deal?

I have a great client with whom I’m personable and friendly with. I do around 4-5 large-ish projects for her a year and have for about three years. She told me that I’d likely see some evidence that she was working with a different company via social media for one particular project, but that I shouldn’t worry, that she liked my company best and that they were giving her freebie so she had to take them up on it. Then a barrage of marketing from the other company shows up, shared by my client because now they are tagging each other back and forth. A few weeks later another project pops up on social media that they teamed up on, then shared Instagram stories of gift baskets and sycophantic praise, all (to me) cringe-worthy.I asked my client, “What can we do to reposition ourselves as your main team?” She replied that they, again, provided her the service for free, that we we’re still her number one and that she was going to have an awkward talk with them at some point. But not if they were going to do it for free. I’m incredulous as to how the rival company is able to keep doing this and nervous that they’re going to keep doing it for free until the client feels guilted into going with them permanently. Please share some insight, not necessarily looking for the “answer”, just some ideas!Edit: I should add that the product is generally sold at around 10-$15,000 and requires time, craft and installation see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
