Should i get a job while having a buisness?

I am working as a freelance Filmmaker since 2 years now and i earned about 40k last year, the actuall time when i was working is about 7 months and for the rest i had just smaller jobs with little payment or couldnt work because of lockdown. I could have also worked more efficiently which would have reduced the time that i was working again.I got a job offer from a film company were i help them with different projects sometimes, it would be a part time job were i would get about 28k per year for working 24h / week + paid vacation, health insurance and additional retirement money which the employer needs to pay, they offer me this job because they are happy with my work but they say they cant affort to pay my price for longer. Their reason is that they wont make any profit on it when i am working for them 3 times per weekThey say we can keep going without employment too but i would need to reduce my price for about 30%, which will result in about 24k per year without the benefits u would have as employee.Something to note is that i am a registered company with a reduced tax system that allows me to earn not more than 65ķ per year. With this company paying 24k i would reach the limit of 65k very easily next year, that is not good because i would need to change the registration catogory which will rise the cost by a lot. When working as an employee i would not have to worry about this.I know the owners of this company quite well now and we are getting along very well, i would not mind to keep working with them, i am sure i will learn a lot and i would need the additional money, but the only way how i can work for long with them would be as an employee which makes me feel a little uncomfortable but i would like the benefits, on the other side i will lose a lot of time while working for this company, time that i could use to build my own buisness, to get more and bigger clients or create some other income stream.What kind of decision would you make in my situation? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
