I'm an early-stage researcher (not calling myself a founder just yet) doing customer discovery research by way of customer interviews. By interviews, I mean a 60 minute Zoom session where the subject is answering questions I have prepared. My goal of these sessions is to understand if the problem exists with this person and if it does: why does it exist, how are they solving it now, level of frustration, etc. Essentially JTBD research. However, I'm struggling with getting interviews. There are paid services like UserInterviews and dscout but those are well out of my price range and ideally I don't want to spend any money at this point. My only other option is to post on forums and groups (haven't had much success this way) or ask friends and family to talk (I especially don't like doing for a few different reasons).Anyone else experience something similar? Is there another way to get interviews that I'm not thinking of? Am I going about this step of the process incorrectly? Thanks in advance for any advice! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
