Trying to sell my business as I'm stuck in a rut?

Looking for some advice if anyone has been In a similar situation. I'm selling my business as I'm ready to move on and want to take what ive learned and start something new. I also think it needs someone with different/better expertise to get it to where it needs to be.However I don't want to feel like a sell out or like I've given up.
