Advice on how to respond to a clients new request?

I build out a winning product listing and marketing scheme for a client and now he wants me to help him grow in other ways; he has this idea of creating a proprietary sales channel and wants me to lead point on it.Sounds kinda cool right? but here's the catch - he wants to do it with no money down using other people products and actually asking them for startup capital to sell their products for them. First of all I think thats a horrible method of getting new customers, but secondly and more importantly, what does he expect me to be working for? I do the work on his idea that he doesn't want to put money into, and take money from other people to grow it....​On top of that he actually suggested that we start off with listing some of my proprietary products and other clients I have which is a big no-no since I'm not going to mix my business with myself and other people with this new idea of his.So how would you recommend I reply to his idea request? I don't want to come back and say no, thats a horrible idea, but I also don't want to lose his as a client or this idea because he makes me money and it would be nice to keep him on. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
