Advice on how to respond to a clients new request?

I build out a winning product listing and marketing scheme for a client and now he wants me to help him grow in other ways; he has this idea of creating a proprietary sales channel and wants me to lead point on it.Sounds kinda cool right? but here's the catch - he wants to do it with no money down using other people products and actually asking them for startup capital to sell their products for them. First of all I think thats a horrible method of getting new customers, but secondly and more importantly, what does he expect me to be working for? I do the work on his idea that he doesn't want to put money into, and take money from other people to grow it....On top of that he actually suggested that we start off with listing some of my proprietary products and other clients I have which is a big no-no since I'm not going to mix my business with myself and other people with this new idea of his.So how would you recommend I reply to his idea request? I don't want to come back and say no, thats a horrible idea, but I also don't want to lose his as a client or this idea because he makes me money and it would be nice to keep him on. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
