I just turned 25 and long story short started an online store last year in May that generated 600k revenue by December when I found out my business partner had been stealing to the point where the whole thing imploded. If i had done it solo I’d still be running it and happily spending the 14-16 hours a day to make it work. Fast forward to now I am currently working in a decent paying decent level role in Fintech which I am enjoying the stability of but recently helped a friend start an online business that is doing decently for its 5th week.He got me thinking about small business consulting and trying to start a side business doing consulting helping young people or people who dont have corporate experience turn ideas into something tangible as everyone has ideas but ive realised the basics are foreign to most people (i’ve started a few businesses before so basically can get things moving very quickly)I guess this is a question for more experienced consultants on here but would people take a 25 year old seriously as a consultant? For example in my current role I chose it over some much larger multi nationals because it had so many problems and in a few months ive gone from sales executive to a weird in-between role working directly with the CEO, Founder and Head of sales in whiteboarding and implementing drastic changes in how we do things and the structure of our team etc to great success.I think I have a lot of value to offer people who dont know where to start or people who are stuck in a rut I just dont know if I would be taken seriously or where to start…Edit: I’m naturally a good salesperson, I’ve studied graphic design, web design, business with a focus on marketing and have grown up with a father who started his business when I was 11 and sold it for 8 figures by my 21st birthday who is a wealth of information and connections. I think all these things are very helpful in doing what I am hoping to do?Any feedback/advice would be appreciated!DM’s also welcome. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
