
As entrepreneurs, I'd believe some of us would have experience in automating customer support as we scale and grow as this can consume large portions of our budget.Has anyone had any experience with automation (like chatbots) for their website, Facebook, email or even phoneline support channels? I've done some research into a few products, but most of them claim similar things, such as "leading CX support experience". A few of what I've looked into include:Ada.cxYellow.aiManychat (very basic and just for Facebook)I'd ideally love to have integration with Zendesk and our CRM that holds customer bookings, giving customers the option to self-serve. Ada claims to do this, and is the most promising. Does anyone have experience with Ada or other platforms that do this?I don't intend for everything to be automated, just basic tasks, like changing booking dates, cancelling bookings, upgrading a vehicle, etc...
