I'm not as educated here as I'd like to be. It's a "Head of" role. Base salary is $180k.The hiring manager hinted that they're announcing a massive series C soon.The conversation is still open, but he ball parked $100k in equity, vesting over 3-4 years. And he expected the equity would 5x - 15x at IPO (which he said they're anticipating will happen in 3 years).I haven't gotten the official offer yet, but I'm the only person in the running for the role and the hiring manager is speaking with me like the role is mine. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
