Manufactured a product I designed, however the color fades when I tried washing it. Any advice?

I had a these really bright colored cotton canvas bags manufactured. They are perfect in every way, except that the color fades in the wash. The manufacturer did tell me due to using natural colors, there might be some fading but not as much as I’m seeing. I just tried hand washing the bags and there’s definite fading.Now, these bags shouldn’t really be washed on a regular basis. And I’ve never really washed any canvas bags I’ve had. But I don’t know how often other people wash their canvas bags.Can I just put a care instruction on my website letting customers know to gently hand wash if the bags get dirty and not to wash in the washer?This was my first order and I have about 500 bags.Any advice will be greatly appreciated. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
