Hi, i nees your opinion and advice. (i am from europe so pardon my english)I just graduated and have 1 year of working experiences in marketing. Now I got the offer to work as a head of marketing for 6 casinos each making 500k per month. They didnt do much marketing before so I would have to set all the processes up by myself.Plus side : - the owner has an amazing network and this is great opportunity to get to know this people - i would work directly with owner - as 25 years old guy this is huge opportunity to grow - compensation is great 2k€/month. Average in my country is 1,2k€/month.Negative side: - they didnt do much marketing and now when they will do they expect results - i dont have experiences and dont know where even to start, how to delegate the buget,.. - this are maybe the bigger shoese that I can wearOn the other hand I want to have my own business, its something that I alwasy dream of.Should I accept the job or go somewhere wher i would have a proper mentor who can teach me or ehat should I do I am lost 🥵Let me know what you think? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
