What should I do, Gusto won’t pay my local taxes

I just changed to an s-Corp this year and I got Gusto for payroll because everyone said they were great. Well, for whatever reason my payment isn’t going through to my local tax collector.I obviously opened a case with Gusto and they haven’t even called the collections group. I can’t get them to do anything. They say it’s assigned to a tax expert and that wait times are long.I’m not sure what to do about this. This is why I paid them to do.
