How to find all commission salespeople?

I currently am running some marketing for real estate leads and I was looking for ways to scale my process.I'm not the best salesman (but understand enough to train) so it's something I really want to outsource as I want to focus on bringing more leads in.So my questions is, how can I find a closer or an acquisition agent? Or a salesperson looking to work fully on commision?Not that I am against paying someone hourly, I just think with a closing-type position they should be heavily incentivized and that is the best way I can think to do it.Any thoughts? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
