Like the title says, looking back to when I started my company (3 years ago), I realized I operated under the fallacy that “if you build it, they will come”. I run a car rally company that puts on a few rally’s every year. I have been on quite a few competitor events. After putting on several of my own, my participants solidify my belief that my events are more thoroughly organized, more “on point”, and more thought out for the best possible experience. But I am scraping by in the black after 3 years, and need to understand what I can do to increase turnout which will increase profits. I get 15-20 cars per event and some of the competitors get 70-80.I have an Instagram that I post quality pictures to almost every day, and network with local car enthusiasts when there are events.Any help is greatly appreciated. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
