I recently made a few big sales on my side hustle business (currently an e-commerce business) so I decided to expand my team.My business hinges on consistent content creation and that was taking a lot of my time so I hired an assistant. That was easy.I've been struggling with finding someone to work with that'll have some "skin in the game". I want someone to work on commission simply because I don't have a budget for payroll. They'll get 80% of the sales that came from Pinterest traffic, which is what they be responsible of growing and maintaining. Long term collaboration (1+ years @ less than 8 hrs per week).First, I created a job listing on Upwork and diligently provided the important details. I met with a handful of ppl through this site but they all insisted on working on ONLY flat payments. Then I thought, "ok, maybe ppl on that site work with a certain mentality in mind. Let's try sourcing elsewhere." That's when I repeated this process on Angel.co. I got less applicants but was able meet with one person. Same story, she wanted flat payments. And now, I am left frustrated. But I'm hopeful. Maybe y'all can help.Should I even bother listing this on other sites like freelancer.com?What might be some good next steps for me to take to find someone to collaborate with me on this project? If you're an entrepreneur with an understanding of what a side hustle is, do you think this offer makes sense in that regard? see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
