Looking for some advice and the flaws of this plan...So when we go to food courts in urban cities (think NYC or general mall food courts), we notice its always packed during peak dining hours. We always have to find a seat before we start thinking about what we want to eat. What if I found a location with lots of foot traffic with around 1000 square feet (to keep rent reasonable), and setup several stands like what you would find in a night market. Making those stand permanent and its own mini restaurant. So we could fit around 5 stands with 5 different cuisines. Would likely start with food items that do not need a kitchen, such as salads, drinks, sandwiches, etc. Eventually adding cooked items like Pizza/pasta, burger fries, burritoes/tacos, etc.The reason for multiple stands is to cater to Uber eats and Doordash. We would effectively have 5 brands listed on Doordash/Uber Eats, and also getting the foot traffic. We eliminate all marketing costs this way while starting multiple brands in a small space, almost like a cloud kitchen with dine in and fast casual pick up business as well.Any feedback would be appreciated! see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
