Trying to get ideas to digitize my country's retailer scene

Context: supermarket owners in my country usually have to build trust with a very limited number of companies to order goods from and the ordering/delovery is an annoying process for them.Anybody got any book suggestions? Perhaps some case studies or inspiring examples?I am thinking of building a platform that allows supermarket owners to directly buy from large companies/producers so they got a ton of options and far easier time ordering but there's already a startup doing exactly that.I would like books or resources that would allow me to take such an idea to the next level. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
