I am starting an online multi-level marketplace in my home state to give exposure to small businesses that don't have websites, or don't have websites that perform well and/or would like to let someone else manage the overhead, bandwidth and advertising for a small percentage rate.I just filed for an LLC and purchased the platform in which I'll base the site off of, but there's many more hurdles ahead. I'm trying to stick to a scrum-kanban cadence, with sprints and am utilizing a Trello board to manage to-do and keep me and my business partner focused. We're putting sweat into this and building it out ourselves but we can't always keep up that speed.We need to market to sellers first and then once we have a seller base, pivot to buyers.
