GoDaddy domain broker service

Can anyone shed some light on the GoDaddy domain broker service please? I’m attempting to purchase the domain name for my existing business (businessname.com) but am a bit nervous about the fact that there’s no guarantee I will obtain it after paying the brokerage fee. I’ve had my business for 6 years and regularly check to see if the domain is available but no luck yet. Currently, my domain name has a hyphen between the two words in the business name (i.e. business-name.com) which has been working just fine but I’ve always wanted to own the none hyphen domain as well. I appreciate any insight into the broker service or any advice on how worthwhile you think this is in general. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
