What are some ideas to do with an abandoned bank building?

It's actually a fairly new building on the busiest street in town. Town has a direct population of 15k and an indirect servicing population of well over 30k, maybe 45-50 depending on what's done and who/how I can attract. I saw one bank in Florida converted into a DMV. And it was really cool, only did the very basic stuff. In and out in less than 30 minutes or drive through teller whatever for DMV. Obviously I can't start a DMV but there's gotta be some good ideas out there to get the ball rolling on this. Thanks see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
