Leveraging my youtube channel for business

Over the past 6 months my channel has grown from 10k subscribers to 460k subscribers and counting. I project by august I can hit 1 million.I currently make money from ad revenue, merch, and donations, but I want to leverage my channel to promote my own business. Traditionally content creators will get a sponsor and promote someone else's product (which I am not against doing as well), but I believe the future is youtubers being entrepreneurs in tandem and promoting their own products.The tricky part is finding the right product to produce.This is not so much a question for anyone but more of a discussion.
