Hey guys, the title explains it.​I'm 29, looking to start a small investment fund in New Zealand with a few like-minded people, what qualifications and licenses would I need, and what hoops do I have to jump through to get this running.​I already invest on behalf of family with them pulling the trigger on positions and been in the crypto space investing for over 5 years.
