My startup is focused on uni student engagement in local communities. One of the biggest interest groups in our model is universities. The President of the university I attend recently retired and the faculty and staff say it's about a scandal (she was not directly involved) that was not properly investigated under her administration.I've done some research and found the scandal, but it seems as though it occurred before her administration. And followed her into 2016 when she became president of the university. (I'm saying all this to give context). She had the investigation continue under her administration where the scandal reached its climax, and a settlement was issued. The faculty and staff say the scandal is the reason she left. Now her and I had a meeting two days ago and she loved my idea. She told me she wasn't pursuing any other President roles in education, but she is connected to almost every president and chancellor that matters to the expansion of my company. I do not see her as a bad woman and personally she has been nothing but helpful even before she left the president position. I was thinking of making her a strategic advisor for the growth of my company. (She actually offered to be the advisor)Are there any recommendations from the folks here? I am raising a large seed round and don't want this to negatively impact my company. But I can tell you she can provide massive growth potential and I was super excited when she offered to help. see hubwealthy.com/wealthy
